Ticket Purchase Terms

1. Ticket Sales
All tickets are sold subject to availability. EHG Live reserves the right to limit the number of tickets purchased by any person or in any transaction. A completed payment does not guarantee admission if the transaction is later identified as fraudulent, reversed, duplicated, or otherwise invalid. Tickets are issued for the specific event, date, venue, and ticket category shown at the time of purchase.
2. Pricing and Payment
Ticket prices are displayed in Georgian lari (GEL), unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, service charges, processing fees, or other charges will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase. Payments may be processed by an authorized third-party payment provider. EHG Live does not directly store complete payment-card information. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all payment and contact information entered during the transaction is accurate.
3. Electronic Ticket Delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address or contact details provided during purchase. Customers must ensure that their email address and other contact information are entered correctly and that they are able to receive the electronic ticket. EHG Live is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect customer information, full mailboxes, spam filters, technical restrictions, or failures outside its reasonable control.
4. QR Codes and Admission
Each ticket contains a unique QR code or other electronic identifier and is valid for one admission only. The first successful scan of the ticket will invalidate any duplicated, copied, forwarded, photographed, or reprinted version of the same ticket. Customers are responsible for protecting their tickets and QR codes from unauthorized access or use. EHG Live may refuse admission where a ticket is invalid, duplicated, previously scanned, altered, damaged, obtained unlawfully, or otherwise cannot be verified.
5. Ticket Transfers and Resale
Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise expressly stated for the relevant event. Unauthorized resale for commercial purposes is prohibited. EHG Live may cancel any ticket that is resold, advertised, or transferred in violation of these terms, without compensation, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Entry Requirements
Admission is subject to the rules of EHG Live, the event organizer, the venue, security personnel, and applicable law. Customers may be required to present valid identification, proof of age, the original payment method, or other supporting information. Failure to comply with age restrictions, identification requirements, security procedures, dress requirements, venue rules, or lawful instructions may result in refusal of admission without refund, except where otherwise required by law.
7. Security and Prohibited Items
Customers may be subject to security screening before admission. Dangerous, illegal, restricted, or prohibited items may not be brought into the venue. EHG Live and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or materially interferes with the event or the enjoyment of other attendees.
8. Event Information and Changes
Event schedules, supporting artists, performance times, venue arrangements, production details, and entry procedures may change where reasonably necessary. Minor changes do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. In the event of cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, relocation, or another material change, the applicable remedy will be determined under the Refund and Cancellation Policy, event-specific terms, and applicable Georgian law.
9. Lost or Unavailable Tickets
Customers who lose access to their ticket should contact customer support using the contact details published on the website. EHG Live may require proof of purchase and identity before reissuing or assisting with a ticket. Reissue is not guaranteed where ownership cannot be verified or where the ticket has already been used.
10. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all event details, restrictions, ticket categories, prices, dates, venue information, and policies before completing their purchase. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Ticket Purchase Terms, the Terms and Conditions, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the Privacy Policy.
11. Event-Specific Terms
Individual events may be subject to additional rules, restrictions, or purchase conditions. Where event-specific terms conflict with these general Ticket Purchase Terms, the event-specific terms will apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Ticket Purchase Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
