Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All ticket sales are considered final once a purchase has been successfully completed, except where otherwise required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all event details before completing their purchase.

2. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by EHG Live and is not rescheduled, eligible ticket holders may be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, ticket exchange, event credit, or another reasonable solution determined by EHG Live. Any available remedy will be communicated through the official website and the customer's registered email address.

3. Event Rescheduling or Venue Changes

Events may occasionally be rescheduled, postponed, relocated, or otherwise modified for operational, production, artist, safety, legal, or other reasonable reasons. Where appropriate, EHG Live may offer ticket holders one or more reasonable options, which may include keeping the existing ticket valid for the new event, exchanging the ticket, receiving event credit, or another suitable solution.

4. Artist Line-up Changes

Changes to supporting artists, opening acts, performance times, production elements, schedules, or similar event details do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

5. Customer Requests

Refund requests resulting from personal circumstances, including illness, travel disruption, scheduling conflicts, weather affecting travel, visa issues, or other personal reasons, will be considered only where required by applicable law or where EHG Live chooses, at its sole discretion, to offer an alternative solution.

6. Force Majeure

EHG Live shall not be responsible for cancellations, postponements, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies, civil unrest, strikes, transportation disruptions, security concerns, or similar events. Where reasonably possible, EHG Live will communicate available options to ticket holders.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. Processing times may vary depending on payment providers, banks, and financial institutions.
